By opting in to non-marketing communications, you agree to receive SMS and email messages related to your vendor application, approval status, contract, payment, booth assignment, market briefings, and other operational matters directly related to your participation in the Downtown San Pedro First Thursday Night Market. Marketing and promotional communications:

• Legal and regulatory: We may disclose your information where required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Harbor Nights LLC, our vendors, or the public.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including:

• Active vendor records: Retained for the duration of your active vendor status and for a reasonable period after cancellation for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes.
• Application records: Applications from unsuccessful or withdrawn applicants may be retained for up to 24 months for waitlist management and re-application purposes.
• Contracts and financial records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by California law and standard business record-keeping practices.
• Communication records: SMS and email communication logs may be retained for up to 36 months for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

When your data is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it in accordance with our standard data management practices.
